Mirella has previously been at the forefront of property and conveyancing practice management, applying her extensive skill set and knowledge as a business transformation specialist. She challenges herself every day to continue to transform and improve the way in which conveyancing is done and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prior to Bond, Mirella has worked with start-up conveyancing practices setting up the operations, drafting prototypes for the digitization of online conveyancing and managing team development.

Mirella has also been previously involved with various firms providing consultancy services in culture and change management by refining and enriching work cultures as well as improving processes and creating efficiencies.
